Ethical channel
Reporting infringements must be understood in a broad sense. In addition to actual infringements that have occurred, reasonable suspicions and potential infringements that are likely to occur may also be reported.
Communications relating to matters of a purely labor and human capital management nature that do not constitute workplace harassment must be channeled through the ordinary channels of each of the companies that make up Cunext Group.
Cunext Group guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the communication and of the person or persons affected by it during all stages of the investigation and resolution process of the infringement.
The identity of the person making the communication may only be disclosed when there is a legal obligation requiring its disclosure to a judicial or administrative authority, or when it is strictly necessary to share such information with external advisors and other providers of Cunext Group for the operation of the Ethical Channel itself. In these cases, the same level of confidentiality applied internally will be required.
Anonymous communications are also permitted and will be processed in the same manner.
It should be noted that, in these cases, it will not be possible to inform the communicator about the status of their communication or the outcome of its resolution.
Cunext Group will treat all communications with absolute impartiality and without any type of bias, and will not tolerate retaliation of any kind against those who use the Ethical Channel in good faith.
