Policy on reporting infringements and consultations
The policy establishes principles and guarantees designed to protect both the individuals who make a communication and the persons affected by it.
Among these guarantees are confidentiality, the option to make anonymous communications, impartiality in the management of communications, and the prohibition of retaliation against those who use the Ethical Channel in good faith.
The Channel can be used to report non-compliances with the Code of Ethics, internal regulations, and certain legal infringements, as well as to raise doubts or consultations regarding their interpretation.
The Policy on Reporting Infringements and Consultations details its scope of application, the guarantees of the Ethical Channel, and the procedure for receiving, investigating, and resolving communications.
