The development and implementation of the Group´s own Lean Manufacturing techniques

We at Cunext CopperIndustrieshave implemented the Cunext Lean System Model at all our manufacturing plants. This is our own production model based on the implementation of Lean Manufacturing Techniques, acknowledged on a worldwide basis and successfully used by numerous industries of all types.

The bases of the Cunext Lean System Model are geared to the detection and elimination of waste and defects in the reduction of lead-time and stocks, with the aim of ensuring standardisation and continuous improvement in all the Group´s processes, both industrial and managerial, in order to provide our clients with the best possible service.
