• The Cunext Group makes a channel available to interested parties for reporting breaches of the Code of Ethics and Conduct, in addition to any internal regulations and any fact or conduct contrary to the above. In addition, any infringement of national or European regulations may be reported, as well as any actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence.
  
  The reporting of infringements is to be understood in a broad sense, i.e. in addition to actual infringements that have occurred, reasonable suspicions and potential infringements that are likely to occur may also be reported.
  
  Communications relating to purely labour and human capital management issues that do not involve harassment at work must be channelled through the ordinary channels of each of the companies that make up the Cunext Group.

• The Cunext Group guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the person making the communication and the person or persons affected by it at all stages of the process of investigation and resolution of the infringement. The identity of the person making the communication may only be disclosed when there is a legal obligation to communicate it to a judicial or administrative authority, or when it is strictly necessary to share such information with external advisors and other suppliers of the Cunext Group for the operation of the Ethical Channel itself, requiring the same level of confidentiality from the latter as that applied internally.
  
  Anonymous communications are also permitted and shall be handled in the same manner, it being noted that the informant may not be informed of the status of his or her communication or the direction of the resolution of the communication.
  
  The Cunext Group will treat all communications with absolute impartiality and without any kind of prejudice and will not tolerate retaliation of any kind on those who make use of the Ethical Channel in good faith.
