The Code itself establishes a corporate culture based on integrity, responsibility, transparency, respect, and compliance with the law.

Our Operating Principles

Cunext Group’s ethical commitment applies to the way we make decisions, carry out our activities, and interact with employees, customers, suppliers, collaborators, and other stakeholders.

Our compliance framework is structured around three main elements:

Code of Ethics and Conduct

The Code of Ethics and Conduct sets out the principles, values, and guidelines that must direct the behavior of the people who are part of Cunext Group and, where applicable, third parties associated with the organization.

Policy on reporting infringements and consultations

This policy regulates the operation of the internal information system and the Ethics Channel, defining who can submit a communication, what situations can be reported, how they are managed, and what guarantees exist for the individuals involved. The policy encompasses, among other principles, confidentiality, anonymity, and protection against retaliation.
