In addition, any infringement of national or European regulations may be reported, as well as any actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative offence. <br><br>The reporting of infringements is to be understood in a broad sense, i.e. in addition to actual infringements that have occurred, reasonable suspicions and potential infringements that are likely to occur may also be reported.<br><br>Communications relating to purely labour and human capital management issues that do not involve harassment at work must be channelled through the ordinary channels of each of the companies that make up the Cunext Group.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Cunext Group guarantees the <strong><u>confidentiality<\/u><\/strong> of the identity of the person making the communication and the person or persons affected by it at all stages of the process of investigation and resolution of the infringement.
